PowerForge B.V. is registered in the Netherlands, with its principal office at Steenweg 14, 5612 AZ Eindhoven. All references to "PowerForge," "we," "us," or "our" refer to PowerForge B.V.
PowerForge manufactures and supplies uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, industrial DC power supplies, power conditioners, and associated accessories. Product specifications, certifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All technical data presented on this website is for general reference purposes and does not constitute a binding specification unless confirmed in a formal quotation or purchase agreement.
Quotations provided by PowerForge are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only upon written acceptance of a purchase order by PowerForge. All orders are subject to product availability and credit approval.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are Ex Works (EXW Eindhoven, Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise stated in the quotation. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for approved credit accounts. PowerForge reserves the right to adjust pricing for orders not confirmed within the quotation validity period.
Delivery dates provided by PowerForge are estimates based on current production schedules and inventory levels. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to meet quoted lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed and PowerForge shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PowerForge products carry a standard 24-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or failure to follow the product operating manual. Extended warranty programs are available and subject to separate agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PowerForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, technical data, and documentation, is the property of PowerForge B.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from PowerForge.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eindhoven, Netherlands.
PowerForge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
